Chair broke after using just twice

We bought this chair earlier on this year. When it arrived it had a lose connection underneath the chair which we were able to fix and maybe I should of questioned the quality then. We used it just twice before it completely broke - the arm bust in both sides... possibly softened up in the sun's heat? So I asked to return the chair and have it replaced but this supplier just closed my return without any acknowledgement of the problem presumably because I was then outside the returns window for it. So i would recommend you avoid this product (and supplier?) as it is not fit for purpose. Hope this helps.
