SAVE YOUR MONEY,YOUR MONEY IS THE FIRST THING THAT GOES UP IN SMOKE.
First off, instructions are poorly written with poor photos.
Secondly Assembly was difficult in the order they wanted it done.( Ive been a mechanic for over 30 yrs.)
Parts did not line up with the holes in brackets, I had to clamp brackets together to get the holes to line up.
The hinges are a joke, the retaining screws dont thread into the bent metal hinge. The welds for the hinge have no penetration, nor do the lid stops.
I had to take it to a welder just to get the hinges rewelded for the lids, cost me $40.00 almost as much as the smoker itself.
Wood shelves were rough on the edges, unevenly spaced, and very cheap pine, like from an old palette. The handles had risers that were too large for the screws used, and the risers didnt fit into the wood portion of the handle, They were not counter bored to the right size. Causing the handles to be wobbly. The lids didnt line up and had to be refitted.
No trap door to clean out ashes, you have to use a scoop and brush,or a vaccuum cleaner.
I would have sent the item back if I wasnt so far along when the welds started breaking.
Basically poorly engineered,poorly made and poorly constructed.
Do yourself a favor and spend more money and get a smoker that is worth the effort of putting it together.
I dont grill or smoke very often,but with this new smoker Im sure Ill do even less of it.

wallet is undersized
cant put my cards in, the drivers license area is too small, the plastic folder for the photos is way too small for standard photos. Its a nice color, thats all I can say good about it.
