Excellent value and excellent story!
Complex mystery set in China-occupied Tibet. Wonderful character development and descriptions that evoke the time and place. First in Pattisons Inspector Shan series, clear why it is award-winning.
The book listed as very good was a very old paperback edition, and as such fairly fragile. In good condition.
Excellent value.

Cuter than appears in photo. Pink flowered lining on collar, inside front button placket, and inside cuffs.
Lightweight smooth cotton good for spring and fall, or roll up the sleeves for summer. In my southwest desert part of the country, works most of the winter, too, with pj pants.
Arrived quickly in excellent condition.
