  Item not ‘new - open box’ as described. The seller was rude and abusive, even though I provided photographic evidence which showed that the keys were worn, showing extensive use. Buyer refused to cooperate, and was rude and accusatory throughout the returns process.

  The photographic "evidence" didn't appear to relate to the complaint. He stated, for example, that the USB connector was badly worn whereas it was in perfect condition. There were two keys that appeared slightly worn but this was probably a manufacturing defect as not keys that would be used extensively. Basically I believe this buyer simply decided he didn't understand and want the product and asked for his money back which I did immediately.
