Only just satisfactory. Ideal for a beginner.
An all round basic lens for the beginner. Just make sure the lens is in perfect order before buying. Its an old lens.

Does what it says on the bottle
Not bad tasting so can be taken by itself. Boron is a vital mineral lost from the soil when intensive farming techniques are used in your country.

It works just as the product prescribed by the NHS to reduce pain in muscles.

But, and there is always a but. There is some residual heat from the peppers the product is made from. This will cause a burning sensation to any skin its applied to. Use a plastic glove to apply to the area or wash it off your hands immediately after use. The area its applied to should also be washed within an hour of application.
Make sure children do not play with the cream. It also gives off fumes that can irritate your eyes, so take care.
