Grandma fixed the computer with a new hard drive
1 of 1 found this helpful I did not expedite the hard drive but still was able to have it in a reasonable time frame. My grown children laughed when they heard I spent money to replace a hard drive in their father's computer....I have absolutely NO training or knowledge of such things. I took the old hard drive out....googled the part # and found the exact part. Guess what??? It was exactly the part needed and the computer is up and running perfectly!!! Yeh! It was light years less expensive than buying a new computer. Thank Thank you
