THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
We have the original Video tape and bought a DVD to update our collection. My daughter is a big fan of Tim Burton films and Danny Elfman music The Nightmare before Christmas is facinating throughout and you become absorbed by the wonderful charactures. The plot revolves around a skeleton who lives in a Halloween like world, he travels to Christmastown where he finds the wonders and joys of Christmas. The story follows on as Jack Skellington wants to capture the spirit of Christmas. RATING 4/5. The Tim Burton film - Corpse Bride -was bought at the same time and is even better than TNBC with the added bonus of Johnny Depp doing the hero's voice! It's the best Tim Burton film yet- rating a 5/5 in our house.
