Good for children taking dance lessons
I bought it because my 1 1/2 year old daughter loves Zoe, Elmo, and dancing. It is interesting for adults to see the different types of dance, and children will like trying to imitate the dance that Paula Abdul and Zoe create, but it is too instructive for younger children. My daughter was glued to it during the dance demonstrations because of the costumes, footwork, and music, but lost interest in the dance studio part. Also, even though they try to reinforce that it is okay to not pick up the dance right away and you have to practice, I think a novice following along might become discouraged because the "teaching" is so quick and the children in the video seem to pick it up so easily

AMD then and Now
AMD released these chips in 2007 as a dual core workhorse FX processor. The processor was never made for gaming and those that bought it for those purposes were sadly mistaken and disappo8inted as well.
It is, and was, a leading edge multitasking dual core processor that requires good cooling (case and fan setup) and 125 watts per processor. This is not your Momma's CPU and should be matched for the application. It was originally offered on "new__g" for about $325 new and is not readily available at this time. If this chip is not electronically burned out and you buy it, it will offer stable performance and longevity with a good motherboard match up.
My best advice, is to do your do your homework with your motherboard, keeping in mind that this is a workstation/small serve processor. I have had two of these CPU's working on and ASUS Motherboard for well over two years with flawless operation. I have used these processors for six other "saleable" builds for customers who wanted raw processing power at a reasonable pricing schedule.
Bottom line, I like these processors, what they can do and use a lot of them..
