Everything I had expected, however, the individual packages both had splits in the sealed seam. A bit messy.

One-handed operation works smoothly. Should have bought one years ago! Tossed my old desktop model.

Needs better assembly instructions
A good value for the cost. Functions well. The only criticism I have were the assembly instructions. A few tiny and grainy photos, not self explanatory for folks who are unaccustomed to assembling bicycles. This could be a lot better. I did find a couple Youtube videos that helped.
