I have had a Swordfish Sharpener before (Ikon 40100) That was very good build quality and lasted a long time. This looked similar to that one, with only difference being a little more colourful. One I had before was black and grey. This sharpener is not only flimsy but it also keeps on chewing on the pencil after it's fully sharpened. It has a rubber pad at the bottom wich makes it unstable if you're not using the clamp. The pencil holding face that extends and retracts has a lot more wobble than the one I had before. The handle that you turn is awkward and slips from the hand.
I'm not impressed with this model at all and would not recommend it. Pay a little more and get a better model.
