Ripped of by Open Up the Clarifier

And i‘ve been ripped off. As the Radio came in and i came back from my Trip. I was checking it out on my base station at home,
according to my SWR meeter this radio is pushing out 40w scale.
As i checked the Clarifier on the frequency counter 27.185 i was able to switch between last digit, i could switch from 5 to low 4 and from 5 to high 6. if the Clarifier would be open, i should be able to switch at lest of half frequency.
