Game changer!
1 of 1 found this helpful Total & utter game changer, especially if you have a snoring partner! They are very comfortable & fit snuggly in the ears. There are 3 differing sized inserts, find the one that fits best, download the app & follow the instructions, it really is that simple.
You also get an alarm so you wont sleep through an external one, but be warned, it has a separate volume control to the sleep sounds, which doesn't need to be set very loud, take it from someone who learned the hard way!
I have misophonia, which put in the simplest of terms, is a neurological disorder where certain sounds trigger a flight or fight response, such as snoring, dogs barking, car doors slamming, etc etc, the list is endless, but since using these sleep buds, I have slept straight through every night. I have to admit, I was a little sceptical at first, but honestly, I cannot recommend these enough, they are brilliant.

Great value & look good too
Very easy to fit, look good & keep the wind/rain out but allowing you to have the window open, highly recommend
