Can Not Program the Ctrl Key.
The mouse itself seems fine, and feels and performs as advertised. However, software limitations prevent the user from designating the "Ctrl" key as one of the programmable buttons. Not critical to everyone, but my main usage is editing documents and massive file manipulations, making this model worthless to me.
