Love it!
I wasn't sure if I'd like the 6800 11 speed Ultegra Shifters more than the Tiagras that I had removed, but WOW, these shifters are amazing! They shift easily without a lot of power required of the operator. I also love being able to route the cables under the handlebar wrap. It allows for just a cleaner cockpit overall. The only thing I have had to adjust to is the fit of my fingers to the swing side of the lever, as in finding it and ensuring my fingers are positioned to shift it properly. Not a big deal really, but it was something that I stumbled with at first.............not sure why except perhaps the side surface of the level is smaller?

Not simple to set up!
1 of 1 found this helpful For me this derailleur was difficult to set up. Most of the time was consumed trying to understand and set up the cable fulcrum offset. Once I did, the challenge was getting enough tension on the cable to affect actuation, without holding the lower limit off of the stop............. After completing the install, I HAVE TO SAY THAT I LOVE IT. IT IS CRISP ACCURATE and the trim settings work flawlessly.
