You get what you pay for.
1 of 1 found this helpful Nothing more than sheets of filter material placed on a hard plastic backing. Very cheaply made and nothing like a true OEM filter.

Refurbished item received not functional.
I received this item and within a half hour of trying to get this camera to work I realized I was fighting a losing battle. The camera came visually in good shape but had 0 functionality. There were no diagnostic lights lit on the camera and also a clicking noise was coming from the speaker when plugged into an outlet. The camera was not able to be set up and was not functional even after a call to technical support for D-Link.
