Bought this one and was expecting to receive it in time. Delayed for almost a week. I had to buy another one as I was travelling abroad and needed one. Seller isn’t helpful even to deduct the postage because of delay.

Hi, I’m so sorry that you were unhappy. You only let me know that you needed the item within a certain timeframe after it had been shipped, and then didn’t answer the calls from the delivery company when they were unable to locate the delivery address. It would have been delivered within your timeframe, but had to be re-delivered on the next working day. The item was successfully delivered and I did all that I could to chase up the company to re-deliver the item asap. Hope you enjoy the skates.
