Red tails get red tomatoes
It ticked a couple of boxes for me (and my son). It was about WWII aircraft, especially the Mustang, and it dealt with some black American history (in theory). As a bonus we expected the CGI effects to be amazing, and by and large they were. However, the fim in total was a massive disappointment, with an appalling storyline turning everyone into corny, cardboard cut-out figures. Naff punch lines didn't help and (speaking as an ex-aviator) some idiotically unbelievable practices eg the RT which made it look like they were calling across to each other directly, and shooting down the ME262 jets. Our previous aviation film was FlyBoys, which also was a load of baloney. Watch Red Tails for some 1950s-style TV escapism, then give it to someone else...

Handy device marred by ill-fitting self-assembly acrylic box
1 of 1 found this helpful It works well but the enclosure is a nightmare to assemble. I have bought other devices with CAD acrylic self-assembly boxes and the result has always been the same: they are a tiny bit out of tolerance and created on a computer by someone who clearly never tried to assemble what they designed. First tip to remember: soak the plastic pieces in warm soapy water for a few minutes to soften the brown paper backing. It will still take you 15 mins to get off, however. Next is to find some snips (scissors are not up to it) and break off the corners of each detent - it will help slotting the parts together. Big problem I found was the ribbon cable to the screen sticks out. Massive amount of cutting away of the end plate to clear it! The box could have been made 2mm bigger and less 'footering' as Big Clive would say would be required. My belief is that the side panels could either have been made of thinner acrylic or better still made of clip-on (not in) polystyrene. Worse, the standoffs needed to be sanded on one side to allow the sides to fit. I cut a hole for the battery with my solder gun, because NO-ONE who wants to remain SANE will unscrew the casing to change the battery! Finally, the dinky clamp lever fouled the casing - I had to snip off the corner of the cut-away. Big fail for the box; great fun and usefulness for the test unit which works amazingly well for a multitude of components.

Easy to get working
1 of 1 found this helpful Quite good. It seems to take 30 seconds to start when my smart TV is switched on. It tells me it is updating, and to try again later. I keep trying to use the internet function of the TV, then eventually it boots up. Netflix is pretty good, but every so often it hangs. That may be a Netflix server problem, rather than the BT Wifi extenders.
Overall, very satisfied.
