Forgotten TV treasure
1 of 1 found this helpful Gerry Anderson's amazing live action TV series made in the late 60's is such a wonderful example of the best of this genre and really illustrates how Anderson should be remembered for more than just the wonderful and innovative Puppet shows like Stingray and Thunderbirds.
Scripts that are way ahead of their time and deal with very adult subjects, they also show personal relationships in an interesting way, the conflict of work and family is intelligently illustrated.
Very underrated show that was a huge part of my childhood, although I was never aware of the adult issues and as a child focused on the sci-fi elements only.
Great effects and amazing 'futuristic' costumes.
If you remember the show then you need no excuse to spend your hard earned on this gem if you don't remember this show then what are you waiting for??
