Must have for dry lips
Protect and Perfect Lip Care is the best product I've found for restoring the smoothness and moisture in my lips. It doesn't feel greasy or waxy and I can use it under my lip color. I live in a very dry climate, so moisturizer is a must. It has a pleasant taste and smell, too.
