light of heart and fascinating too
here's something that we all can love - parents, children, or anyone with a sense of fantasy or adventure
some kids go to stay with a woman who turns out to be a witch but she's merely a well meaning (while rather clumsy) witch and they come to like her and have a great time together
some very fun scenes of taking down the enemies later on in the movie
