Seller initially rejected my offer, then later said they would accept it if I was still interested. I was, so sent the same offer again, which was accepted. But the seller didn't send the item. No response to my requests for dispatch and tracking information. I raised a query with eBay then the seller said it would be dispatched that day - it never arrived, eBay had to intervene so I have been refunded. Needless to say I would not purchase from this seller again.
