Great product.
I have used SF for probably over 40 years. Used to have a shaker each morning before I went to work and did not get hungry until lunch time. Believe it has helped me keep down the weight all these years. Always have had the vanilla shake, not a chocolate person, just me!
I said it was a good value, but it is a little expensive for a little old lady.

Use Everyday
Helps keep my weight under control. And besides, it tastes good!
