Great books for little ones!
Good size,easy to hold books for little ones.I bought these for my youngest granddaughter to spark her interest in books,and for her to read them with her parents.Very pleased with them,content,size and materials.

Classic children's book.
I bought this as I am creating a classic little library for my youngest granddaughter,who lives overseas.I love this book as it looks just the same as one I had as a child (many years ago!!!!).A true classic.

Second book in the series
I thoroughly enjoyed the first book (Summer-all the cats are bored),which introduced the main character ,French policeman (Gilles Sebag) and his colleagues,set in Perpignan in France.
This second story ,in my opinion,was not as enjoyable as the first,being about the Algerian war in the 1960's,and events from then which had repurcussions in the present day.I enjoy the parts about Sebag and his family,but found that the subject matter was not as interesting to me as the first book.However it was well worth reading,and well-written.I hope that the series continues.
