Slightly disappointing but OK.

I found it slow to warm up, considerably slower than an all-metal pan. This should not be a surprise given the ceramic interior. The packaging recommended "seasoning" occasionally. But that's where you bond oils to a high carbon steel wok to make it non-stick. The advert claimed it needed little to no oil too. No doubt it will be easy to clean like the JML ceracraft saucepan I've also got and always comes up like new after cleaning.. I've yet to find out if it will get as hot as a wok should do and if it's as non-stick as it claims. But the ceracraft saucepan was non-stick enough anyway and the wok claims are that it's even better. I gave it four stars (better than expected) because I had high expectations.
