Stainless steel is easy to clean
I bought this scale to measure out the different meats to grind for sausage. Works very well for this. Also I use it to weigh postage items.

Easy strap and belt cutting

First use was good
Used only once. Ground about 30 pounds of venison. Worked very well. Sausage stuffing was slow compared to a regular sausage stuffer, but did get the job done.
