Good value
Hard to tell if it actually works or not but it seems fine, and better price than in-store

Good value, loads of recipes
Great book with all the classic Dishoom dishes. A lot of the recipes are very long and you often have to refer to another recipe to do elements within a dish but this is typical of Indian food. So don’t expect a lot of quick and easy recipes!
