An Innovative Flavor Merry-Go-Round
My kitchen tool wish list has always included a pot stirrer, particularly during the holidays when multi-tasking is required. Making silky smooth turkey gravy, for example, is a painstaking process, which requires a lot of monitoring and stirring to get it just right. Stirmate is the perfect sous-chef, an assistant to do the stovetop grunt work, the most basic of which is slowly stirring gravy, sauce, and soup.
This is the most original design I’ve seen. I like the fact that I can adjust in internal agitator to the kind of food I’m stirring. Unlike similar devices on the market Stirmate’s agitators aren’t very wide and don’t tend to get bogged down in my pot. They are thin and narrow with a low profile, and they adjust well inside the pot to facilitate constant movement of heavy soups and sauces.
