A better buy than some of the A - Z road map books
I got fed up trying to find my way around London/M25 area using the book type maps where you have to keep switching between pages. This fold out map solves the problem and its much better for navigating aroud the said area if you don't have a SatNav. Ideally I would have liked an inner London map with main roads shown on the reverse of the main map as it seems a waste leaving it blank.

The best of all A.L.W'S. talent
Bought this item as I had the original tape which is fast approaching 'fade out'. I like to play his music whilst driving as it helps to take my mind of the hassle on todays roads and I guess like many others if you don't hear his works for a few days or weeks, its like experienceing 'withdrawal' symptoms. I don't have a CD in my car, so if my tape packs up, I can now simply copy another one.

Incredible historical read.
Am aged 73 and trying to find out details of my Gt. Gt. Grandfather who fought in the Indian Mutiny of 1857 related to me by my Grandmother. He was a Private soldier in the 78th foot Regiment, later the Seaforth Highlanders. He sustained a serious sword wound in his stomach but survived. This amazing book written by an NCO at the time, describes in great detail the daily life of a soldier from that period of history. It has all the makings a good historical film or TV series. Any media directors out there, take note.
