I said I would still take pack as ordered but he refunded money immediately as he knew he could make more out of the mystery box by selling separately due to what was in it. I don't think this would have happened if he got a less valuable mystery box. I contacted Ebay but they said they could not help in this instance. As they explained, the items arrived damaged. I refunded their purchase as the items arrived damaged along with pictures and proof. Buyer attempted to get me to send them damaged goods under a listing which did not specify this, which opens a scenario for me to be scammed which I explained. The buyer then began sending me threatening messages if I did not send them the item under the listing. I refused to cooperate after this occured.

Great product.
Barely any hiss in my car anymore. The neck is longer than the pictures, after about a week it loosened to and you can turn it to place it perfectly. Highly recommend.
