I like these Kits
0 of 1 found this helpful I only wanted the kit so that I had the vehicles to add to some of my RAF Airfield/Base Diorama's, also as these kits are no longer being produced by the makers, I can start to make my own copies.
Dads Army - The Complete Seventh Series DVD

Classic Comedy
I remember watching Dad's Army when the first episode came out in black and white, what was funny back then was that we had not long gone over to colour tv and the first two series were shot in black and white, however I digress. The story writing is great and actually based upon fact, this helps to make Dad's Army a timeless classic comedy, other so called classic comedy's I would not give house room to because they are dated only to the period they were made in, but comedy's like Dad's Army always become timeless because they are based on well known historical periods. I now own the full collection and I can recommend this to others like myself, I am now looking forward to collecting the new film, I have both heard and read that the actors in the up to date film do justice to the original Dad's Army cast.

Here we go again
Back in the day when Dad's Army was first aired on TV it had a very big audience, this well written situation comedy is timeless even though it is set in the far off days of early WW2, I wonder what sort of audience are buying up the released DVD's to own?
