Very good sound
Great sound if you get the hi res audio, via the cable. Comfortable to wear but for long periods I do tend to swap to the Bose in ear for bit, as they don’t ‘breathe’ to well.
Overall very please with them, and at a great price from Curry’s

Dedicated reading
1 of 1 found this helpful I find this book tough reading, I have read several of HH Dalai Lama’s books and attend a temple each week. So I thought I was ready to learn more of the Sutra. However, I have found this book to be quite dry and difficult reading since it is relating stories I am not familiar with in a format I am not used to. I am determined to finish it but I think this book may be best consumed over time as my practice deepens.

Part of a trilogy
There are three books that comprise this meditation/Buddhism series. All three are worth reading. I read this one last as it is the most secular, I think of I had read it first then I would not have read the other two, which would have been a mistake as they build in the wisdom they convey to the reader. Consume with an open mind. Nameste
