Great for sports injuries
I leave mine in the freezer ready to use on my knee after exercise. Quick convenient and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Easy to install and use
This gate was reasonably priced, very quick and easy to install, without drilling holes in your wall or staircase. It is robust and does the job it is supposed to do with ease.
The only improvement I could see would be for the base bar to be flat instead of tubular to make it easier to put your foot down fully on the stair, but all the stair gates I have come across have similar design to this one.

Knee support for pain management after running
I purchased this knee support to see if it would help ease the pain in my knee following jogging sessions, this has been an ongoing problem for around three months and worsens after each run.
So far the support has made my knee feel more comfortable, but I’ve not tried running again yet. I’m hopefully going to give it a try after a further three days of rest from running (10 days in total) and wearing this support. I’m also using a foam roller to help ease the tightness in my hamstring, which is probably related to this pain.
I have average sized knees and this is a good fit. I like this support so much I’ve already placed an order to purchase another.
