Good holder but scratched my iron.
The iron fits well and is securely held, but after 2 weeks of use I can see scratches on the new iron.
Bought a new iron after my son knocked it off the worktop and broke it. Decided to buy a better iron and then a holder, so it wouldn't fall off. Chose a £70 fast warm-up iron and this Minky holder because it said it takes a still hot iron.
It sits on the wall well and does hold a hot iron firmly.
However, after 2 weeks I can see scratches on the teflon base of the iron, where the iron is pushed into the holder.
Just be warned.
I have a modification in mind, now, but the metal plate that the iron surface sits on does seem to scratch it. I don't want it to get any worse!
I won't be sending it back, because it works well, but ideally needs some iron sole-plate protection to avoid scratches on the sole-plate when the iron is pushed into the holder.

Does exactly as advertised.
Does as it says, no hazards and easy to use. Instructions say don't use below 5C and it takes ages to dry, leaving a slight blue hue if you do.
Super product.
Highly recommended.

Good to apply, super smooth feel and water beads beautifully. Really good.
What more can I say!
