Everything arrived pristine except one book, which was faulty. The seller offered a refund to the purchase price of a replacement book and advised where to get a new copy. Thanks for the offer and the lower shipping costs, but could've used protection item was basically loose in that box, item lightly dented in the shipping process. It's all cool 5stars but just use some foam balls or bubblewrap , extra cardboard or basically anything in the future :)
