  Seller didn't see note attached to offer and ended up selling me something I didn't want. It also arrived damaged (torn stitching) which wasn't mentioned. Packaging was intact when arrived so damage didn't happen during delivery. Seller disputes it was sent damaged and admits not seeing note but won't accept a return

  Firstly I never refused the refund only to let EBay decide The item is over twelve years old and there was some stitching missing to a the upper baffle very easy to fix but fair enough I never spotted it but this would still not make it unusable The bag was still great value and to be buyer got the full refund and sent it back at more cost than what i managed to post it out originally.Don't know what the issue is there's no need for the negative feedback so I'm asking it to be removed. thanks
