Very easy to get it wrong
Have bought two. The first was a steep learning curve but worked and has been very successful. My wife was overjoyed. Most difficult part was getting the old battery out.
The second (mine) was easier and quicker but the screen touch fascility was completely shot
afterwards making the phone useless. I could find no obvious reason so must assume static damage. As a retired electronics engineer I took all reasonable care. Perhaps much greater stress in the instruction video is called for.
