Strongly recommended !
I sometimes listen to radio 4 and often find myself listening to some superb programmes but never seem to catch the whole series. This cd however, means that i can listen to the whole series as and when I like as it is a recording of a series about woodland birds(as it says on the tin!).
It is an excellent guide giving clear descriptions of British woodland birds, including their habitats, characteristics and calls or song. Beautifully presented by Brett Westwood and Steven Moss who take you on a walk through different woodlands and discuss the different birds they see and hear including stories, histories, regional names and supported by clear recordings of bird song.
A very pleasant and informative cd for anyone to listen to, I shall be looking forward to buying more as I know they have also made a series on farmland birds amongst others, strongly recommended. Glenn
