Excellent former top of the line headphones from Beyerdynamic
Dynamic W shaped forward sound signature with decent resolution. Very good sound stage for closed-backs. I much prefer this to flat neutral headphones. Good sub-bass with slight bass bloom and not as detailed bass when compared to other premium headphones such as Fostex TH-900mk2.
Excellent sound isolation with not too much clamp force. Lightwieght and comfortable for a several hours. Great for travel. Lots of aftermarket cable options as the headphone connections are slim 3.5mm style. Very tough and robust design.

Great little portable and backup vice
Bought as a back up vice and works well. Obviously smaller and not as stable (or heavy) as full sized vice but perfectly suitable for freshwater flies and smaller saltwater patterns at a push. Fully extended it is 7" to 8" tall.
The fact that it can break down into a small flat box 6.5" long means it is ultra portable. I like the fact that it is easy to get spare jaws and parts for it also.

Poor quality - avoid
Terrible backing. Its 3 times as thick as the equivalent Orvis and SA backing. There are unexplained fraying in several places along the 200yards length. I stripped it back off the reel and binned it. Then ordered Orvis Backing.
