SHOTS ROCK!!
I have intolerances to milk and have found the majority of whey protein geared up to it.
However these V24 apple shots are fantastic, great taste, only 60ml so quick to drink. Use as a pre or post workout hit. A great substitute between meals giving 24g of whey protein.
Anybody whose serious about exercising should give these a trial, you wont be disappointed.
