Astounding Service
Really top quality item. Looked in all the usual retail outlets and to be honest it all looked cheap and nasty even the expensive items. Spent some time researching for a good quality item. Really pleased with this Solid, Well made, Lovely finish. Highly recommended. Heat and Plumb offer astounding service. Apple adaptor
First of all delivery was lightening fast! Adaptor fits snugly in the Apple socket. Protrudes a little from my 2nd generation iPad (as they all do) no problems in the iPod and iPhone 4. Regarding the USB socket it is shrouded on the adaptor which means some plugs with larger surrounds may not fit properly unless you trim the shroud. But plugs that fit all the way in are nicely secured by the shroud. 9 out of 10 of my collection of micro USB leads fitted fine. Really handy adaptor and as the Apple lead has a habit of breaking down the insulation at the plug end this is a great solution.

Easy Set Up
Good dish, used this to replace father in laws old Sky dish, now used for FreeSat. This group 2 dish was much better than the old 60cm dish, and all the fixtures and fittings were complete in the box. The LNB was easy to set up and adjust and had a draw down shrouded cover for the ‘F’ plugs. Good purchase, Quick delivery.
