4 of 4 found this helpful After a couple of weeks of taking this product my cravings for food in between meals have totally stopped. I also feel fuller quicker so my portion sizes have been reduced. I have lost weight and inches and I have much more energy. This product has given me the kick start that I needed. I will definitely be ordering them again. 👍🏻
