Excellent service - was made aware in the seller’s description and photos that the case was damaged, the mast adapter was absent, but the price more than compensated for this. On arrival the mast was complete (including a tie plate) and all items were serviceable with just a toggle missing from one of the stays - easily replaced. I cannot express in words over the length this individual went to not only make the order happen but the also include something that was not originally listed.
