I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone.
I love my Wii Fit Plus. I already had the Wii Fit, so all my data was automatically uploaded when I first used it.
The extra exercises are motivating and to be honest, I only feel comfortable exercising in private or with a close friend. The bonus of knowing how many calories are burnt during which exercise and the fact you can now swap with someone and take it in turns, is so much better.
I have managed to lose weight and get fitter, so it's not just a gimmick. This really does help you.
