Poor quality...useless
Purchased this to engrave some items for my little girl to give to her Dad. The item was shockingly bad. At first it took me forever to get it to work, then after a little bit of persuasion and bending the metal spring I managed to get a connection for all of about 5 mins. Now it is so intermittent I had to give up with the engraving and go and buy something else.
