Incomplete
This is an adorable story and I was pleased to find it... but it is the jolly postman series. These stories have pockets, each pocket contains a letter or item. This book doesn’t have ANY of the items. Lots of pockets, no letters. It’s pretty much useless without the letters the jolly postman is delivering, which are the point of the story. The description should have said No pieces included, but instead described the book condition as “good”.

Not as pictured
9 of 9 found this helpful The figures I received don't appear to me to be the same as the ones pictured. I wanted to use these figures to draw people posing different ways, but the proportions are not right. The female's head is too small, her neck piece is much to long and thick, when you arch her back, her abdomen protrudes and creates a large visible gap in her body where it connects. The stands are cool, but the male figure's stand arrived missing one of it's teeny tiny bolts, and it unusable if I want him elevated. All in all, now that I have done more research, I see why the other brand is much more expensive. (Also I paid $8 a piece for these and have since seen them for $5.) these are still fun to pose but overall a big disappointment. Money wasted, as i think i will still want the more expensive brand if i want to use them much for drawing. The joints all pop apart while reposing as well, but that is easily worked around. I do like that there are a couple hands and feet to choose from and that the feet are jointed.

Schmincke watercolor paint is wonderful
This is a beautiful starter set with a nice selection. A great way to try out Schmincke paints. Schmincke uses the same formula for both their tubes and their pans, so these can be used to refill purchased pans. I’d recommend Schmincke paints to anyone interested in watercolor. They are too quality, and a dream to paint with.
