A must have
I use a knife 9-10 hours a day in a slaughter house and can sharpen a knife on pretty much anything.. I try it out on an old knife I found in the house.. Used it on a stone then the strop after.. Before hand The knife was so blunt my kids could play with it after the stone it could cut.. Then I used the strop and it would go clean through anything after. I used it with no compound. If ur looking or need a very very sharp knife then I don't think ule go wrong with this. I was never one to go wild for a strop but it'll be a big part of my sharpening process from now on I'd say.
