This after market tank is a wise buy
The OEM fuel tank is hugely expensive as are everything new that you buy for a Stihl product.. In some cases like the fuel tank, these aftermarket tanks are the same quality as OEM at a much better price. These tanks are interchangeable with the 460's version also. You just have to change out the carb mounting studs with your older longer collar screws. Otherwise both type tanks are the same. Will last as long as the originals. Buy a few additional stickers and you'll be happy.

protector works good with modifications
It fits a rand McNally 8 pro, but! The back side has to be cut out to accommodate the cooling holes which is almost the entire back side. Sharp sizzors works fine. The top access to the volume-home-power buttons has to also be cut-out for access. As the protector comes from the dealer, the magnetic base won't hook-up, but after the above modififacations are done, all is well. You have to have something to keep from damage from dropping.

Takes a little modification but works fine
For the price it is a good value. For my saw, the ms210c there was no idle adjustment hole in the right side of the cover. Had to cut-out a small hole which wasn't difficult. The filter cover flange and corresponding flange had plastic edges that had to be trimmed flat so as not to feel a small sharp edge around the mating surfaces. Other than that, it fit well-no complaints.
