    There was no mentioned that the item did not have a box but I am glad that shipping and the packaging was handled with care. Item was as described minus not being in a box and the value was great. Recommend this seller.

    I picked up the box and it sounded like the items were loose in the box. When I opened the box there was some broken up Styrofoam but not enough to keep the items from rattling around loosely in the box. Shipping was over by $8. Listing stated it include silverware tray. Seller contacted me at last minute to tell me it was not included. I asked for refund in shipping overages since this item was not included. No refund given.

    Unfortunately, the seller was not careful when packaging the item. They used a box that was smaller than the item and had to fold the packaging and consequently crush the cardboard part quite a bit. For a product that cost $17.50 and was charged $10.99 for shipping alone, they should have been more careful and used the correct box for shipping.
