I had a homehub 5 before which periodically rebooted for no reason and it got even worse if you used the 5Ghz bands, so I turned this band off. It would also fail to find the usb hdd on the network after a while and required a reboot to fix this. The BT helpline in India were hopeless in trying to fix this and no doubt had been previously dealing with a B&W lawnmower only moments earlier so knew absolutely nothing about the router at all. So overall a great product which runs without any problems and does its job brilliantly
