Fits my VFR Perfectly

Bought a large cover and it fits my VFR800 Fi perfectly, because of the elastic waist all around the bottom you don't really need the good chunky belly strap. The material does feel thicker than the last cover, and it certainly looks like a quality item costing 2x as much. The only slight downside is that it's not ''breathable'' and makes no claim to be, to be fair. I'm not sure how ''breathable'' these other less expensive makes really are. But it does have two vents at the bar ends which should provide all the air it needs. I think I'd rather have this good quality thick material, with vents, than a thin, maybe ''breathable'' type. So actually not a downside at all!! Also has two nice fabric-lined lock holes front and rear, so much better than the metal rings that always clunk your paintwork. One design comment would be, why isnt the top surface finished in silver to reflect the sun and heat. But really very pleased overall.

Fabulous tyres

Simply the best tyres for regular driving. Quiet and predictable, got them on both A4 and A6 - Don't waste your money on ''brands'', just no need.

Racing look discs

I wanted something a little different, so I bought these. Fitted yesterday with new pads. Just note that for maybe the first 50mls, around town anyway, it takes a little while for the coating to wear off, and the discs to become shiny, contrasting against the dimples and slashes. During this time breaking is fine but feels a little rough, and they squeak a bit as it stops. I'm past this stage now, everything is as it should be and it looks as though I have racing discs! I will certainly buy for the rear in due course.
